FAQs

what should i expect after making an appointment?

After scheduling your initial evaluation, we will ask you to fill out forms and bring them to your first appointment. This information will help us understand your concerns and help prepare for your initial evaluation. An evaluation is required before beginning speech therapy to gain a comprehensive view of your skill level and identify areas of need. Your therapist will then discuss findings and recommendations with you in order to formulate your specialized treatment plan.

how much do you charge?

Please contact us for our fee schedule. Payment is due on the day of service. We currently accept cash and credit cards.

Do you accept insurance?

We accept Medicare Part B and Medicaid. For those who are not insured with Medicare or Medicaid, we are considered an out-of-network provider and accept private pay at the time of service. We can provide a superbill for you to provide to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We advise that you call and check with your insurance company to clarify if and how you can be reimbursed for out-of-network speech-language evaluation and therapy services.

what is your cancellation policy?

We understand that there are times when you might have to miss an appointment due to illness, family emergencies, or obligations however no-shows and late cancellations prevent the delivery of service to other clients. We ask that you please provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling a session. We reserve the right to charge for sessions that are canceled with less than 24 hour notice.
